Let's see if I can finally start doing this at regular intervals again. With winter coming, the heat will no longer be an issue. Now onto my current updates.


Fan Fiction News:

Stormy Knight Seduction - Has officially ended. I posted the final chapter yesterday. I'm 80% happy with the final version of the story. So I'm satisfied with it being completed.

Next one on the agenda is Bankotsu's Greatest Challenge. I'm approximately nine chapters away from completing this one. I have the plot all laid out, just need to actually write up the chapters, edit, finalize and then post them.

My Enemy My Friend will be next on the fanfic agenda. All I can say for sure is it's at least half finished at this point.

I have no clue how long any of the rest will actually turn out to be.

Small Youkai Lovers - Is going to be completely revised.

Irony Is A Bitch - Is being written chapter by chapter with no solid plan for the plot. I have notes of course, but no solid plot actually planned out. A new experiment I'm toying with in order to challenge my writing abilities.

Against All Odds - This one is another story that is being done one chapter at a time, with minimal notes and nothing set in stone except a few minor details such as who the couples will be. {That, dear readers, is for me to know, and you to figure out as the story progresses.}

Novels News:

Double Trouble, my current WIP, is coming along nicely. I've received some insightful tips on how to continue to improve this ones plot line. The first few chapters are going to be heavily scrutinized. I will take the generous advice I've been given into consideration as I yet again revise the first few chapters.

I really like how the new plot is shaping up and I love the feed back I've been getting. Thank you so much to every one of my critters, who take time from their busy schedules to offer me such invaluable advice. It is deeply appreciated and I'm glad to return the favor whenever I can.

That brings me to another point, I offer my deepest apologies to those who I've yet to return a crit. I haven't forgotten any of you or any of the advice you've been kind enough to share with me. I have every intention of returning the favor when time and circumstances permit.

There have been so many writer's resources that I've benefited from that I can't thank you all enough for how much you've shown me and helped me to improve my craft. The books you've suggested have been very useful and continue to be well worth the initial investments for them.

As for the old {original} plot line, I've not only ceased posting the chapters for feed back from my fans, I've discontinued that particular story, because it's plot has been so heavily revised that it has become an entirely new story.

Thank you for your reviews. I love getting in depth feedback from my fans and readers. Your reviews help me to see exactly what is and is not working and why. So thank you all for taking time to send me those lovely reviews.

Especially you, Kay. Your reviews never fail to bring to light many aspects of each chapter that I sometimes failed to see. I'm glad that the characterization was the first thing that drew you to my story. I'm glad that you enjoy the diversity of my characters. I loved your description of Jason.

You've pretty much pegged him perfectly. It's nice to see that you were able to really connect with him. That lets me know that what I was aiming for actually worked.

Once again it's been a while. I've been swamped. Anyways onto the updates.

First, A Twisted Fairytale is completely revised and re-posted.

Second, Stormy Knight Seduction is 2/3rds completed now. So this story will be coming to an end shortly.

Third, My Enemy My Friend will be recieving slower updates to ensure they plot is not rushed and remains captivating.

Fourth, I have adopted Aprilchan1990's Bankotsu's Lullaby, which was inspired by my fic A Miko's Love Story. I have the first 17 chapter completely revised {she only posted 17} and am now working on the rest of the plot line. I'm pretty sure this story is also now 2/3rds written out.

Fifth, I am going to start working on one fic at a time again for the main focus. Since SKS and BGC are both nearly completed, those two will be the first two I focus on. This means My Enemy My Fried, Against All Odds and Small Youkai Lovers will be updated less often until SKS and BGC are completed, then MEMF, AAO, and SYL will update faster again.

Lastly, due to the summer heat I will be online and writing mainly in the evening hours, which means less time to write period. Thanks for being patient everyone.

P.S. I finally convinced Bankotsu and his brothers to take a short vacation before they destroyed my house, lol. Don't worry I'm under strict orders to get these stories finished, so I'm hard at work on them.

I deeply apologize for not updating on schedule. A lot is happening lately, plus with summer around the corner I won't be able to get on nearly as much because my lap top will run way to hot if I do.

Anyways onto the business at hand.

First and foremost those of you who read my works at ffnet may have noticed I've deleted a lot of my stuff {mainly one shots that were never going to go anywhere.} The reason being I got up to 95 posted stories and the deleted ones in my opinion were only cluttering up the space and list.

The second order of business is Bankotsu's Sensual Education/Lessons is officially completed! So don't expect updates on it.

The third order of business is A Twisted Fairytale is being revised. So far I have the prologue and chapters 1-18 of the revision re-posted. Reading it now will give the readers more insight into some of the previously sketchier areas of Naien's past, Bankotsu's thoughts and a smoother read overall.

The fourth order of business is Stormy Knight Seduction is a little over half done. I just posted chapter 12 for it tonight.

Next on the agenda is the long awaited update for My Enemy My Friend. Chapter eight is being difficult, but fear not my task master is relentless!

-enters the room- You better be working woman!

-sighs- I was just catching everyone up on the changes we have been making.

-nods- Good. Now get to the desk and start typing! -cracks knuckles-

-mumbles- yeah, yeah, I'm going.

Once again we usher in a new year. This year I am challenging myself to broaden my writing horizons yet again.

How you ask?

-smiles-

Simple. First I have already started competing in little contests like MuseBunny's Writing Olympics. I'll let you know how that turns out after it ends.

Secondly I plan to expand the couples I write about. in fact I've already written and posted my very first Sesshomaru/Kagome one shot. It's titled 'The Decision'.

I've even had many requests on Dokuga, ffnet, and other sites to turn it into a full story. I may just do that, but not until after I finish AAO, SKS, SYL, BSE, and MEMF.

-walks in and glares icily-

Don't get too comfortable writing about the ice prince. You still have to have me in every full story.

-jaw clenches and flicks Banryu- Got it?

-eyes widen and nods vigorously- Got it, boss man.

-smirks- Good. Now update them on the progress we have been making on the fics.

-sits down and sips tea-

-smiles- Oh yeah! -clears throat and opens up the progress book-

Against All Odds - I now have the first 20 chapters planned out entirely and am beginning to write out the rough draft for chapter 14. I still need to finish planning out from chapter 21 trhough the end. Still have no idea exactly how long this one will be, but I have made serious progress on it lately. So yay for that! XD

Stormy Knight Seduction - chapters 12 through 20 need to have rough drafts typed up, but I am slowly getting to that.

My Enemy, My Friend - I have a solid outline through chapter 7. I still need to finish ironing out the outline for chapters 8 through the end. Still unsure exactly how long this one will turn out. But I am making progress on it slowly.

Small Youkai Lovers - I need to re-watch the Inuyasha anime and figure out a solid plot line for this one.

Bankotsu's Sensual Eduction - I have a second encounter with each of the girls planned. I'm not really sure when this one will be updated.

-raises eye brow- Is that so?

-blinks and nods slowly- It's just i don't seem to have any inspiration for this one anymore.

-evil grin- Well then, I'll have to change that. Eh?

-swallows nervously and backs away- Um that's not necessary...

-smirks- I think it is. -reaches over and turns the camera off with an evil  chuckle-

Sadly nothing more has happened lately. You see I lost my beloved grandfather to lung cancer Nov 19th and have been grieving for him. He is to be buried Monday the 29th. I hope to resume working on this site the first week of November.

Don't fret though people, for I have been keeping her hard at work on a new story which is inspired by her ordeal of losing her grandfather.

-bites lower lip trying not to cry-

-sighs heavily- Anyways it's titled "My Friend, My Enemy" The summary is posted on her profile. The first chapter should post around Dec 1st. So you will have new reading material from her. I've given her a week to grieve and now she's getting back to work. -glares- Got that?

-sighs heavily-

-smirks-

good.  Now back to where we left off.
